Aradhana is a part of the core team that began the outsourcing research division at ValueNotes Outsourcing Practice. She has been involved with every aspect of the research product delivery chain, including product conceptualization, data research and analysis, writing and project management.  She has over five years of experience in researching the outsourcing industry, out of which ‘publishing industry’ has been a focus area for the past four years.

Aradhana has authored several reports and research notes on various segments within publishing outsourcing and knowledge process outsourcing industry. She has also handled a variety of custom research studies for clients.
