Capgemini wins IT outsourcing contract from EDF Energy
Capgemini UK won IT support services contract from EDF Energy. The contract is a three year contract, uptill 2014, with an extension of two years. The size of the deal is valued to be £100 million. As per the contract, Capgemini will provide service desk, procurement and managed desktop services. Centrica wins $400 IT outsourcing contract from HP HP Enterprise Services UK Limited won a seven year outsourcing services contract from Centrica Plc. The size of the deal is estimated to be worth $400 million. As per the contract, HP will provide utility based private cloud computing environment to Centrica. HP will also provide application services to Centrica led migration. UnitedLex moves to Sprint Nextel campus UnitedLex is planning to move to Sprint Nextel campus. UnitedLex will invest $5.1 million and add 166 employees in this campus. This move will be completed by Q2/ 2011. Intelenet Global wins outsourcing contract from Tata Teleservices Intelenet Global Services won a five year outsourcing contract from Tata Teleservices. As per the contract, Intelenet will provide back-office services and customer support functions. Intelenet will offer account payable services pan-India for all the 22 circles of Tata. |
