KPMG acquires EquaTerra to create global outsourcing advisory superpower
KPMG acquired EquaTerra, a privately owned outsourcing advisory firm. The size of the deal was not disclosed. With the acquisition, KPMG will offer broader global outsourcing advisory services to the clients. Steria signs outsourcing contract with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Steria signed a strategic outsourcing framework contract with the Financial Services Authority (FSA). As per the contract, Steria will support and develop operational and regulatory systems. MindTree wins outsourcing contract from European technology company and US bank MindTree won two outsourcing contract for a period of five years from a European technology company and a leading US bank. The size of the deal is estimated to be worth $70 million. As per the deal, MindTree will provide infrastructure management solutions such as application, telecom support and remote desk management services. ACS acquires Unamic/HCN Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) acquired Unamic/HCN, a privately-owned customer care provider based in Benelux (Western Europe). With the acquisition, ACS will expand customer care capabilities in the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey and Suriname. ACS will add Unamic's 14 facilities and 2,200 employees to its customer care services. Mahindra Satyam BPO renews outsourcing contract from NAVTEQ Mahindra Satyam BPO renewed outsourcing contract for two years with NAVTEQ, a provider of digital map data. As per the contract, Mahindra Satyam BPO will offer geospatial software applications and modeling, and data support services to NAVTEQ. |
