CA Technologies signs partnership agreement with Capgemini CA Technologies and Capgemini signed partnership agreement to establish global energy, carbon and sustainability business process outsourcing service. Capgemini UK started using this service to manage energy and sustainability data. This managed service provides customer with ‘actionable insight’ into their level of sustainability, which supports and accelerates achieving their environmental objectives. Allsec plans to acquire Retreat Capital Management Allsec Technologies Ltd, a India based business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider is planning to acquire Retreat Capital Management Inc, a US based mortgage servicing business company. The acquisition will be done by February 2011. With the acquisition, Allsec Technologies is planning to expand its services. Aegis signs partnership agreement with Saudi Telecom Aegis signed partnership agreement with Saudi Telecom to open a joint venture. The venture will be called Call Centre Company (CCC), where both the companies will have a near equal stake. Aegis will have operational control and responsibilities, CCC will provide customer care service to Saudi Telecom’s 28 million customer. Yahoo signed outsourcing deal with Zillow Yahoo signed outsourcing deal with Zillow, an online real estate marketplace. As per the deal, Yahoo will provide real estate search vertical to Zillow. Hinduja Global plans to open centers in China and Latin America Hinduja Global Solutions is planning to open two centers in China and Latin America due to increase in demand of their services. The China center will have 500 seats while the Latin America center will have 300 seats. The company further plans to open center in the Philippines (1,000 seats) and Siliguri, India (500 seats).
