Bharti Airtel to award USD 500 million call centre contracts to IBM, Spanco and Tech Mahindra Bharti Airtel will award call centre contracts for its African operations to IBM, Tech Mahindra and Spanco. According to an industry executive who claimed to have direct knowledge of the development, the five year contract is worth USD 500 million. While Spanco and IBM will have USD 200 million each, the remaining USD 100 million will be awarded to Tech Mahindra. Moneypenny to expand in Wrexham, UK Telephone answering and outsourced reception provider, Moneypenny, acquired additional land for a new office development in Wrexham, UK. The new planed office located next to the company’s headquarters, will be constructed by June 2011. Qatar Petrochemical Company (Qapco) and Qatofin sign logistic services agreement with Kerry Talke Chemical Logistics Qatar Petrochemical Company (Qapco) and Qatofin signed a logistic services agreement with Kerry Talke Chemical Logistics (Shanghai) Limited for products handling and warehousing in China. According to Abdulrahman Ali Al Abdulla, Qapco’s Group Manager, Commercial and marketing, the agreement is one of the biggest logistics contracts for the company. Indoco Remedies expands agreement with Aspen Pharmacare Indian CRAMS group Indoco Remedies is expanding its pre-existing arrangement with Aspen Pharmacare in South Africa. As part of the agreement, Indoco will ramp up its production of tablets, liquids and creams.
