TCS wins IT outsourcing contract from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) TCS won an IT outsourcing contract from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). As per the contract, TCS will provide back-office IT support services. This deal was signed after PwC lay off around 500 employees from its Florida center. Infosys wins BPO contract from T-Mobile UK T-Mobile UK awarded a five-year outsourcing contract to Infosys BPO. As part of the contract, Infosys will provide finance, procurement operations, and commercial finance and accounting (F&A) to T-Mobile UK. Accenture wins IT outsourcing contract from Nordea Accenture won a five-year IT outsourcing contract from Nordea, a financial service provider. Accenture will develop and maintain applications which will support the bank's customer websites. Accenture will offer these services from its Denmark and Bangalore centers. Capgemini Brazil acquires Sonda Procwork Capgemini acquired Sonda Procwork's BPO center based in Brazil. With this acquisition, Capgemini will deliver BPO services to the global clients of Sonda Procwork. Additionally, around 200 employees of Sonda Procwork will transfer to Capgemini and provide the F&A and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) services. Genpact wins BPO contract from MERSCORP Genpact won a seven-year outsourcing contract from MERSCORP, Inc. (MERS), the mortgage finance industry's electronic loan registry system. As per the contract, Genpact will offer mortgage services support and member-facing helpdesk services to MERSCORP's client.
