Aditya Birla Minacs plans to open new centre
Aditya Birla Minacs is opening a new delivery center in South America. This center will provide BFSI, infrastructure, telecom, media and entertainment, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and marketing services. The company is also planning to expand its center in the Philippines. HCL wins IT outsourcing contract from Madhya Pradesh Government HCL Infosystems won an IT outsourcing contract from the Madhya Pradesh Government. The size of the deal is estimated to be worth Rs 10 billion. As per the contract, HCL will set up a model of food and civil supplies distribution based on guidelines from Unique Identification Authority of India. CSC renews outsourcing contract with Swiss Re CSC renewed a BPO contract with Swiss Re for an additional ten-years. As per the contract, CSC will provide administration services to the life insurance business till July 2020. Swiss Re will also integrate CSC's CyberLife, Customer Service Accelerator and Claims Management Accelerator software. Capgemini acquires Skvader Systems AB Capgemini acquired Sweden based IT and BPO service provider, Skvader Systems AB. With this acquisition, Capgemini will be able to extend its smart energy services in the Swedish and European markets. In another development, Capgemini won a five-year outsourcing contract worth £26m from esure to provide IT platform services. ACS acquires ExcellerateHRO Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) completed acquisition of ExcellerateHRO. As per the acquisition, ACS will provide benefits administration, consulting, learning services and HR outsourcing to its clients. Accenture wins IT outsourcing contract from the Singapore Ministry of Health Accenture won an IT outsourcing contract from the Singapore Ministry of Health. As per the contract, Accenture will implement the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) system. This system provides medical information like patient demographics, allergies, clinical diagnoses, medication history, radiology reports, laboratory investigations and discharge summaries to be exchanged among healthcare providers. |
