Xchanging opens new center Xchanging Plc opened a new center in Shimoga, Karnataka. The new 2000-seat center will offer back office services. Currently, the company has centers located in Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon. Logica wins outsourcing contract from Ofcom Logica won a five-year IT outsourcing contract from UK based communications regulator, Ofcom. As per the contract, Logica will upgrade IT infrastructure and provide improved service desk management and reporting tools, self-service tools and technical support structure services. TalentFusion buys Fulbright Executive Search TalentFusion, a recruitment process outsourcing company bought US-based retained search and consulting company, Fulbright Executive Search. As per the acquisition, TalentFusion will add all employees and transfer the clients of Fulbright onto TalentFusion RPO platform. TeleTech in partnership agreement with Lithium Technologies TeleTech entered into a partnership agreement with the CRM provider, Lithium Technologies. The two companies will develop an integrated solution for serving the social customer. This solution will provide service, marketing and sales benefits to enterprises. Royal Mail awards IT outsourcing contract to Capgemini Royal Mail Group Ltd (RMG) awarded a six-year IT outsourcing contract to Capgemini UK. As per the contract, Capgemini will provide business and consumer online services as well as support RMG to expand new web-based business opportunities.
