Accenture wins five- year BPO contract from Statoil Accenture won a five-year business process outsourcing contract from Statoil, a global based energy company. As per the contract, Accenture will provide accounts payables services to Statoil. With this contract, Accenture will use increase automation and re-engineering processes to improve the efficiency of Statoil's Accounts Payable function. Rainier Investment awards BPO outsourcing contract to BNY Mellon Asset Servicing Rainier Investment awarded business process outsourcing contract to BNY Mellon Asset Servicing. As per the contract, BNY Mellon will offer performance measurement, accounting, account opening, client reporting, account reconciliation and client billing to the investment company. Mahindra Satyam BPO signs partnership agreement with Direct Channel Holdings Mahindra Satyam BPO signed partnership agreement with Direct Channel Holdings, a leading South African BPO company. With this partnership, Direct Channel Holdings will provide complex business services to its existing domestic customer base and Mahindra Satyam BPO will extend its services to the customer based in South Africa. Laser Soft wins IT outsourcing contract from AP coop bank Laser Soft, group company of Polaris Software Lab won an IT outsourcing contract from Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank. As per the contract, Laser Soft will provide core banking solutions in the 22 District Central Cooperative Banks. Ericsson wins four-year IT outsourcing contract from Endesa Ericsson won a four-year IT outsourcing contract from Endesa, a part of pan-European utility company. ENEL. As per the contract, Ericsson will provide entire corporate telecommunication network services to Endesa. Ericsson will offer operations of telecom network such as network operations, installation services, maintenance, construction and engineering management.
