Hinduja Global acquires Careline Services Hinduja Global Solutions acquired Careline Services, a UK-based customer relationship management company. With this acquisition, Hinduja Global will enter the European market. Currently, the company has delivery centers in US, India, Philippines, Canada and Mauritius. Xchanging plans to acquire Data Integration Xchanging is planning to acquire Data Integration, a UK-based networking, security and communication technology provider. The deal is estimated to be worth USD 13 million. With the acquisition, Xchanging will improve its technological capabilities. Ness Technologies wins outsourcing contract from Clalit Health Services Ness Technologies won a four-year IT outsourcing contract from Clalit Health Services. The deal is estimated to be worth USD 4 million. As per the contract, Ness will provide help desk services and support solutions including hardware failures and healthcare applications. Capgemini buys Strategic Systems Solutions Capgemini bought Strategic Systems Solutions (SSS), a global based IT and BPO service provider. With the acquisition, Capgemini will expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region and strengthen its expertise in the financial services. ITIDA extends outsourcing contract with Stream Global Services Egyptian Information Technology Development Agency (ITIDA) extended its business process outsourcing contract with Stream Global Services. As per the contract, Stream Global Services will train and employ professionals for ITIDA's Cairo center.
