NIS Holdings SARL acquired the HR Management division of Convergys. With this acquisition, NorthgateArinso will be able to deliver complete list of HR services. Currently, the company employs around 8,000 employees based in 35 countries.

CPA Global plans to hire 2,000 lawyers
CPA Global is planning to hire around 2,000 lawyers in India over the next two years as the company sees a rise in the litigation and transaction (merger & acquisitions) services coming from the US market. Currently, the company has around 750 lawyers based in Noida and Gurgaon.
IBM wins 10-year outsourcing contract from ElectraCard Services
IBM won a ten year IT outsourcing contract from ElectraCard Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Opus Software Solutions. As per the contract, IBM will provide IT infrastructure at the disaster recovery site, Bangalore and primary IT center in Mumbai.
