Accentia to buy stake in IQ group
Accentia is planning to buy stake in IQ group. The IQ group consists of Tactiq; a product development consultancy specializing in software, electronics and user interfaces, Centriq; a communications and computing solutions provider for the healthcare industry and Neologiq; a product development arm for the healthcare segment. With the acquisition, Accentia will be able to target healthcare market in the US and enter the legal process outsourcing market with Tactiq's non-healthcare consulting expertise.

Mahindra Satyam BPO renews outsourcing contract from GlaxoSmithKline
GlaxoSmithKline, a pharmaceutical company has renewed its outsourcing contract with Mahindra Satyam BPO. The deal is extended for additional five years. As per the contract, the Regional Service Center (RSC) at Mahindra Satyam BPO will offer production and promotional graphic artwork services and creative logo to GlaxoSmithKline.

Caliber Point signs partnership agreement with ReAct Consulting International
Caliber Point Business Solutions Ltd and a Hexaware Technologies subsidiary signed partnership agreement with ReAct Consulting International. As per the agreement, Caliber Point and the Hexaware Technologies subsidiary will provide actuarial process outsourcing services. Additionally, the alliance will also offer experience monitoring and analysis, financial reporting support, pricing, reserving and valuation, model development and maintenance, and data management.

Temenos and Capgemini sign partnership agreement
Temenos and Capgemini Financial Services, USA, have signed partnership agreement. With this agreement, Capgemini and Temenos will provide services to client using comprehensive global delivery platform. Temenos will use Capgemini's global infrastructure capabilities, data migration, testing and project management expertise for their existing clients. Additionally, this alliance will provide additional sales opportunities for Temenos and Capgemini.
