Accenture wins outsourcing contract from Nordea Accenture won a five-year outsourcing contract from Nordea, a Nordic-based financial services group. As per the contract, Accenture will develop and maintain applications to support the bank's customer websites. Accenture will provide these services from its Denmark-based center. CMS Cameron McKenna outsources services to Integreon CMS Cameron McKenna LLP awarded a ten-year outsourcing contract to Integreon. Integreon will offer middle office services. The deal is valued to be worth £583 million. As per the deal, Integreon will provide human resources and training, accounting and finance, learning and development, marketing and communications, library and information services, information technology, research, facilities and other services. MindTree signs partnership agreement with Carlyle MindTree signed partnership agreement with private equity firm Carlyle Group. As per the agreement, MindTree will provide support services and IT infrastructure management for global data centers based in US, UK and Hong Kong. Additionally, MindTree will manage file servers and other classes of hardware and applications. MindTree will use mWatch, a managed services platform to provide services to Carlyle. Aegis plans to acquire Sallie Mae's back-office unit Aegis is planning to acquire back-office unit of Sallie Mae, a US based student loan provider. The back office unit of Sallie Mae manages around $180 billion education loans and serves 10 million student and parent customers. This will be Aegis's second similar acquisition after it acquired AOL's back-office unit based India in 2008. Digital Reef signs partnership agreement with AltLaw Digital Reef, an eDiscovery and digital information governance software provider signed a partnership agreement with AltLaw LIT Support, a provider of legal document management services. This partnership is the first multi-year agreement outside of US servicing the UK and European legal community. As per the partnership, Digital Reef will provide Virtual Governance Warehouse and Early Case Assessment application for processing and customization capabilities to AltLaw's hosting solution. |
