TeleTech hires temporary employees TeleTech Holdings is hiring 500 temporary customer service representatives in its Niagara Falls center. These employees will provide inbound customer support. TeleTech currently has total employee strength of 55,000. INSEAD awards IT contract to Ness Technologies INSEAD, a global business school has awarded a multi-year IT outsourcing contract to Ness Technologies. According to the contract, Ness Technologies will provide IT infrastructure, operations center, network services, application development, onsite support and standardization of technology across Abu Dhabi, Fontainebleau, New York, Singapore, and Tel Aviv. Atos Origin acquires Shanghai Covics Business Solution Atos Origin acquired China-based SAP consultancy integrator, Shanghai Covics Business Solution. With this acquisition, Atos Origin will expand its operation in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Sparsh BPO opens new delivery center Sparsh BPO, the subsidiary of Intelenet Global Services has opened a new delivery center in Bangalore, India. The 450-seater facility will provide contact center management services in English, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu. Aditya Birla Minacs shuts down operation in Canada Aditya Birla Minacs has shut down three centers in Canada, and shifted 250 jobs from Canada to India. The three centers with a seat capacity of 1,200 people provided back-office operations. |
