Kale Consultants wins a multi-year outsourcing contract from Wataniya Airways
Kale Consultants Ltd, a solutions provider to Airline, Logistics and Travel industry has signed an outsourcing contract with Wataniya Airways. As part of the contract, Kale Consultants will implement its passenger revenue accounting solution and provide revenue accounting and passenger audit services to the airlines. Colorado-based CIBER Inc. has finalized the acquisition of Iteamic Private Ltd, a provider of software applications based in Bangalore. CIBER is a systems integration firm focused on IT outsourcing. With this acquisition, the company will expand its capabilities and workforce in India. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. Denmark-based DLG Group has awarded a five year outsourcing contract to Eurofins Steins valued at over €10 m. As per the contract, the company will offer its worldwide network of laboratories, technology and its proficiency in areas of food and feed testing to DLG. Dr Pepper Snapple Group, a beverage company has extended its IT contract with Unisys for a year. As per the contract, the company will provide managed services which include service desk, field support and IT equipment maintenance of Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Continental awards outsourcing contract to Cognizant
European-based automotive supplier Continental has signed a three year outsourcing contract with Cognizant. As part of the contract, the company will provide application management services to the R&D division of Continental's tyre divisions in Hanover. Cognizant will be utilizing T-system capabilities (they acquired in March) for this contract.
