• Research Notes: One 10-page research note every quarter, focused on relevant sub-segments within each Practice Area. Delivered to your desktop via email. Print option also available. To be published in July, October, January 2009 and April 2009.
• Industry Newsletter: A 12-page quarterly newsletter featuring a wrap-up of key happenings in the outsourcing industry, as well as trends impacting outsourcing suppliers and buyers. Delivered to your desktop via email. Print option also available.
  To be published in June, September, December and March 2009.
• Company Profiles: A minimum of 20 in depth profiles of service providers in the Practice Area covering company information, contact details, SWOT, etc Delivered during the year in pdf via email. Print option also available.
• Executive Research Briefing: Annual conference dedicated to each Practice Area (Two delegate passes per briefing). A webcast can be made available post-briefing in case of inability to attend.
  To be held in December 2008.
• Vendor briefing: An opportunity to interact, explain your positioning and differentiators to ValueNotes analysts. This can be scheduled with prior appointment at the ValueNotes office.
• Analyst Access: Up to one hour accessed face-to-face, on telephone or via email, with minimum usage of fifteen minutes each time. 
• Relationship manager: On-demand access to a full-time relationship manager at ValueNotes, who will address all your concerns / issues about the subscription service.
