ADP to offer HR BPO services to Sodexo 
ADP Employer Services will offer HR business services to Sodexo. ADP will deliver payroll services like processing, administration, service centre support and other related services to the US employees of Sodexo. 
   
NETS and EON PreMedia form JV  
EON PreMedia and New England Typographic Service (NETS) have formed a JV called NETS EON India to offer digitization services to customers in the UK and North America. The JV will have an initial headcount of 50, which will be increased to 100 within 6 months of operation.  
    
Sutherland to invest $19 m to expand in Bulgaria  
Sutherland Global Services will invest $19 m to enter the Bulgarian market. The company plans to open two centers, one in Danube town of Rousse and the other in Sofia. Initially, Sutherland will recruit 200 employees in the Danube centre.  
    
SPi acquires Springfield Service for $44 m 
SPi, the BPO unit of ePLDT acquired Springfield Service Corp, a US based medical billing firm for $44 m. Springfield has 383 employees and offers billing and accounts receivable management services. Its operations are spread across 5 locations.  
    
Stellar wins call centre outsourcing contract from energy retailer in Australia
Stellar has won a call centre outsourcing contract from an Australian energy retailer. As per the contract, Stellar will provide inbound customer service to the retailer's customers in Queensland. 
   
BT Group to hire 300 employees for its Gurgaon, India unit 
BT Group will recruit 300 people for its new global operations unit in Gurgaon, Delhi. The new unit will support BT's legal, procurement, finance and HR operations.  
   
WNS to offer complete KPO services
WNS is venturing into the shared business model by offering complete KPO services. The key services will be analytic services, business, finance and market research. The KPO unit has close to 1,500 employees and constitutes around 15% of its revenues.  
   
Makemytrip.com to outsource travel related operations to IBM Daksh 
Travel site Makemytrip.com is set to outsource its contact centre operations to IBM Daksh. As per the five-year contract, IBM Daksh will offer travel-related BPO services in India, UK, US, and Australia. The deal involves moving 400-500 employees from MakeMyTrip.com to IBM Daksh.
