Keane wins outsourcing contract from Travis Perkins Keane Inc won an outsourcing deal for the development and maintenance of the EPOS (electronic point of sale) systems of Travis Perkins. EPOS is used in Travis Perkins' builders' merchanting operation. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. RR Donnelley signs multiyear supply contract with Hachette Book Group Hachette Book Group USA has signed an agreement with RR Donnelley. As per the contract, RR Donnelley will begin supply of one color hardcover and softcover trade books from January 2008. Cognizant signs multiyear, multi-million dollar contract with Merck Cognizant Technology Solutions has widened the scope of its association with Merck & Co. As per the new multiyear agreement, Cognizant will become a technology partner and offer a complete range of services like software application outsourcing, IT infrastructure management and BPO. Innodata Isogen signs service agreement with Swets Innodata Isogen has entered a master services agreement with Swets.
