1. In what format will I receive the publication?
The publication will be emailed to you in pdf format (secure version, but will allow printing).

2. What is the estimated delivery time for an Order?
The publication will be emailed within one working day from the time of purchase. Our work timings are Mon to Fri - 9 am to 6 pm and Sat – 9 am to 2 pm Indian standard time.

3. What is the difference a single-user and enterprise license?
A single user license is meant for an individual’s use, where-as an enterprise license will have to be bought when you intend to circulate the report through your organization or put it up for reading in your library.

4. Can I send the Order to a different email id other than the registration email id?
Yes, you can request to send the order to a different email id other than the registration email id. You will be given an option to enter a separate email id for the recipient of the publication.

5. Can I request the publication to be sent to more than one email id?
A report can be sent to more than one email id only in case of an enterprise license. Subscription products have different provisions regarding this. Please check individual product pages for more details.

6. Can I change the details of my order?

7. How can I cancel my order?
An order once placed cannot be cancelled.

8. Can I preview all or a section of a publication before purchasing it?
At the moment we do not provide a preview option. Some sample publications are also available for review. Please get in touch with us for the same.

9. What should I do if my order has been delivered late?
We make best possible effort to ensure that the Products are delivered in time. However, there can be instances of delay due to unavoidable circumstances. We regret the inconvenience caused due to them.

Termination

· ValueNotes and the Author, at their sole and absolute discretion, reserve the right to terminate the subscription of any subscriber at any time, without providing any reason. In such case, the Subscriber will receive a subscription refund pro-rated for the unutilised period for which the subscriber has already paid
· In case the paid service, that you have subscribed to, is discontinued by ValueNotes or the Author, the Subscriber will receive a subscription refund pro-rated for the unutilized period for which the Subscriber has already paid.

Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai Courts.
