Accel launches IPO IT service provider, Accel Frontline has launched an IPO of 5,635,950 equity shares of Rs 10 each via 100% book building process. The earnings of the issue will be used to fund expansion plans by way of acquiring and investing in strategic businesses. ACS and First Horizon renew contract ACS is renewing and extending its outsourcing contract with Texas-based First Horizon Home Loan Corporation. ACS provides document preparation services as well as scanning and indexing of mortgage loan files to First Horizon. Philippines BPO Salmat sells 49% stake Salmat Ltd will sell 49-percent stake in its BPO joint venture in Philippines for US$21.25 million to its partner ClientLogic, a leading BPO service provider. Salmat and ClientLogic have established a strategic alliance which will allow Salmat to continue to offer BPO services to its Australian customers. Infinity BPO to expand manpower Mauritius-based Infinity BPO plans to grow to 1200 employees form the current strength of 520, within the next one year. The company plans to be a leader in catering to the French-language call center market. McCamish Systems and M Financial Group renew BPO contract McCamish Systems, BPO service provide to the life insurance industry and M Financial Group have renewed their BPO contract for five years till 2010.
