Integreon acquired!

LiveIt Solutions acquired the shares of Integreon from an investor group led by Connect Capital and The View Group. Integreon will utilize the $20 million from Livelt towards expansion and acquisitions. Headquartered in LA, Integreon operates through three delivery centers located in Mumbai and New York. Meanwhile, the company plans to open two centers in Gurgaon and Manila, which will be operational by March 2007.
    
Kenexa to acquire BrassRing

Kenexa (Nasdaq: KNXA), software and services provider for recruitment and retention will acquire BrassRing, a global provider of talent management solutions for organizations across verticals. The combination of BrassRing with Kenexa is expected to emerge a key player in the talent management space.
 
Infosys BPO gains vigor

Infosys BPO has reported revenues of $33.8 million for Q2 FY07, with operating margins are at 23%. Infosys BPO hired over 2,200 people in Q2 and has added a global telecom carrier as well as a leading US insurance major to its clients portfolio.
   
iGate launches RPO subsidiary

IT and BPO services provider, iGate Corp. (Nasdaq:IGTE), has launched a subsidiary RPOworldwide, which provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services from offshore centers. Till date, RPOworldwide has recruited over 2,000 candidates and has over 200 recruiters across centers in India, Eastern Europe and Canada.
