Infosys BPO in a strategic tie-up with HVS Infosys BPO has formed an alliance with consulting firm HVS International, to offer outsourcing solutions in the hospitality space. HVS is a New York-based company with an extensive market reach and consulting expertise in hospitality. The tie-up with Infosys BPO will focus on developing solutions that help optimize costs and enhance productivity for companies in the hospitality space. Hinduja TMT buys out Affina Hinduja TMT has completed the acquisition of Affina, a US based BPO, for $30 million. Affina has annual revenues of $60 million and operates from seven centers across US and Canada. Now the combined entity will have total headcount of 9200, across 14 centers, a customer base of 65 and revenues around $130 million. Inventurus: A new KPO launched Inventurus is a start-up KPO company focus on legal process outsourcing and revenue cycle management services for healthcare industry and has recently been formally launched in Mumbai. The company is founded by Nitin Gupta, Sachin Gupta and Joe Benardello. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has invested around $5.5 million in Inventurus. The company has already signed a contract with the US law firm, Haynes and Boone for delivering services to its customers. Kimberly-Clark in a contract with Genpact Looking to reduce costs, Kimberly-Clark (NYSE:KMB) has entered an outsourcing contract with Genpact. The deal involves outsourcing some finance and accounting functions and will lead to some job reductions at Kimberley-Clark. Related Items: |
