Mexicana Airlines hired EDS to provide Flight Planning solution that will help the airlines to optimize operational flight plans. Financial details of the deal remain undisclosed. Accenture and Microsoft have entered into a seven-year BPO agreement worth $185 million. Under this deal, Accenture will facilitate Microsoft with finance and accounting procurement solutions. Amidst repeat customer complaints and poor support and service, WatchGuard Technologies terminated a contract with an Indian offshoring company.
